I’m Pauline Kostopoulos. I’m a learning experience designer and content strategist.

As a human-centered designer with a background in applied learning science, I help people design learning experiences, facilitate information-sharing, and communicate ideas with purpose.

My work bridges strategy and empathy: uncovering learner insights, co-creating content with subject matter experts, and transforming complex information into meaningful, actionable learning.

Experiences

My work spans three main areas:
Customer and product education – designing scalable learning experiences for digital platforms and SaaS users.
Social impact learning – building training and information-sharing programs for community organizations and refugee sponsorship networks.
Professional growth and leadership – creating reflection-driven learning experiences that help professionals develop purpose and self-awareness.

Work History

Currently, I am a Learning Experience Design Lead for customer education at Braze, a multi-channel customer engagement platform.

Previously, I was a learning designer and strategist at 2U/edX, where I partnered with university professors to design online + hybrid graduate and undergraduate coursework.

I also worked on program implementation and research for growth mindset programs that boost motivation in K-12 students, and facilitated sessions for educators.

How I Can Help

Clarify the learning problem
I help teams uncover what learners really need before designing solutions. If you aren’t sure where to start, I can assess learning needs, audit existing materials, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, alignment, and impact.

Design and build learning experiences
I create experiences that connect people, ideas, and purpose. Whether you need an e-learning course, workshop series, or learning journey, I can guide the process from concept to delivery.

Develop and communicate content
I write, organize, and structure information so it’s clear, engaging, and easy to apply. Thoughtful information architecture and content design make complex information accessible and actionable.
