I’m Pauline Kostopoulos. I’m a learning experience designer and content strategist.

I help people design learning experiences, facilitate information-sharing, and communicate ideas with purpose.

As a human-centered designer with a background in applied learning science, I create memorable, aligned, and impactful experiences for learners and product users.

Currently, I am a learning experience design consultant who collaborates on learning design, content development, and facilitation projects. Experiences include:

• Designing and building training materials to support refugee sponsorship programs

• Content development, writing, and partnership with subject matter experts for a series of trainings aimed at upskilling energy industry professionals

• Learning experience design and development for leadership training and career coaching programs that encourages learners to reflect and grow within their day-to-day work life

• Interviewing, affinity-mapping, and persona development to gain insights on the voices and experiences of adults navigating education and career demands

Previously, I was a learning designer and strategist at 2U/edX, where I partnered with university professors to design online + hybrid graduate and undergraduate coursework.

I also worked on program implementation and research for growth mindset programs that boost motivation in K-12 students, and facilitated sessions for educators.
